Mike!
Hello, my name is Mike Chery-Winder. I'm a curious guy who likes to try stuff, I like to make stuff and I like to do stuff. Right now, most of my spare time is disappearing into a project called Tobin. Along with my partner Steppy and my pup Cassie, the Chery-Winders are really moving.
I'm a Business Analyst at Dassault Systèmes, which means I get to solve new problems every day and build automated systems so I don't have to solve the same problem twice. My career hasn't been a straight line. I have an M.S. in Physics from the University of Connecticut. Since then, I've taught hands-on science programs at elementary schools across Massachusetts, managed healthcare data for the largest hospital network in the country, and even manufactured nasal swabs during the pandemic.
Thanks for visiting my website! I tend to drift from one project to the next, following whatever has my attention at the moment. Sometimes that's gardening, sometimes it's creative writing, and sometimes it's writing software for whatever weird piece of hardware I've gotten my hands on. This site is where the loose ends wind up. If you're looking for something recent, I enter the GMTK Game Jam every year and try to release the occasional YouTube video.
